Terms of Service

DoVirtualStaging furnishes photographs of empty rooms using AI. You upload a photo, choose a room type and a furnishing style, and we return a staged version of the same room.

You may only upload photos you own or have permission to use. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed.

Images on this site are generated with the Nano Banana / Gemini image models, accessed through kie.ai. All output is AI-generated.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any model provider.

You buy a pack of photos once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel. Photos you buy stay in your account and do not expire.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Waffo, which handles your card details. We never see or store your card number.

For 24 hours after the first render of a photo, you can regenerate that photo in any style, up to 8 renders in total, without spending another photo from your pack.

You keep all rights to the photo you upload. We use it only to produce the images you ask for.

We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the generated images for any lawful purpose, including property listings, marketing, and paid advertising.

Photos already used to generate an image are not refundable. If a technical failure means a photo produced no usable image at all, contact support@dovirtualstaging.com within 14 days and we will restore that photo to your balance.

This covers technical failure only. A style you happen to dislike is not a technical failure.

AI output varies between runs. We guarantee that the room's architecture stays as photographed; we do not guarantee any particular piece of furniture or arrangement.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features, and will post notice on this page when a change is material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
