Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated November 2, 2026

1. What you may upload

Only photographs of rooms that you own or have permission to use.

Do not upload images of identifiable people without their consent.

That includes people standing in the room, family photographs on a wall, and a reflection of the photographer in a mirror. If a person is visible and you do not have their permission, do not upload the photo.

Do not upload photos you found online or otherwise do not have the rights to use.

2. What may not be generated

The following categories are prohibited, without exception:

  1. Pornography or sexually explicit content (NSFW).
  2. Violence, gore, or content that glorifies serious harm.
  3. Hate speech, harassment, or content that dehumanizes a protected group.
  4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
  5. Deepfakes, face swaps, or impersonation of any real person.
  6. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.

This service furnishes rooms. It is not a general-purpose image generator: there is no face replacement, no portrait editing, and no prompt box for free-form scenes.

3. How content is screened

This service has no free-text prompt box. Every render is assembled from a fixed set of room types and seven furnishing styles. A request outside that set is rejected before the render starts, and no photo is spent on it.

Content that is reported to us is reviewed by a person, and the outcome follows section 4.

4. What happens if these rules are broken

  • The generated content is deleted.
  • The account is frozen or closed.
  • Any remaining photos on the account are voided.

These are the measures we can actually carry out. We do not threaten penalties we have no way to enforce.

5. Reporting a violation

Email support@dovirtualstaging.com with the order ID or a link to the image. We aim to reply within two business days.

A person monitors this address. It is also where you reach someone if an order goes wrong, including a render that failed technically.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
