Privacy Policy

• The room photos you upload.
• The email address you enter at checkout.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, and which pages you view.

We do not ask for your name, postal address, or phone number.

• To generate the images you ask for.
• To deliver your purchase and send the receipt.
• To stop the free preview from being abused.
• To answer support requests.

• kie.ai — receives the photo you upload, in order to run the image model.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores generated images.
• Waffo — processes payments and receives your email and card details. We never see your card number.
• Supabase — stores account and order records.
• Resend — sends transactional email such as receipts and sign-in links.

Each of these is a data processor acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

• Uploaded photos: deleted from our storage on a rolling basis; the longest we keep one is 30 days.
• Generated images: kept while your account is active, and deleted 90 days after your last purchase if you never sign in.
• Order records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

We use only what the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering the preview you just generated. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics that profile you across sites.

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing support@dovirtualstaging.com. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your generated images and your uploaded photos; order records are kept where the law requires it.

This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Our processors operate in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the region it was collected in, the transfer relies on the processor's standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
